An Impact Partnership Campaign isn’t a program we run for a school — it’s a light we help a school learn to carry on its own.

IMPACT PARTNERSHIP CAMPAIGN
Every campaign runs on The SPARK Method, our six-phase framework for culture change that’s rooted in evidence, not guesswork:
- Discovery — We dig into your school’s data and story to find where the light is dimmest.
- Design — We build a campaign around your specific students, staff, and goals — never a template.
- Deploy — We bring the energy: events, engagement, and experiences that shift culture in real time.
- Data Check — We track what’s actually moving, so momentum isn’t a feeling — it’s a fact.
- Celebrate — We mark the wins, publicly and loudly, because progress deserves to be seen.
- Debrief — We close the loop with your team, so the growth outlasts the campaign.
Whether it’s igniting staff culture, reengaging students and families, or both — an Impact Partnership Campaign is how SPARK helps a school stop managing its culture and start leading it.
CASE STUDY:
A Title 1 School with a large language minority population; has exceeded growth the past two years and are looking to achieve a school letter grade of a C. According to the first Benchmark, there were in influx of non targeted students (122) scoring in the 2+ range, signaling the next group of students needed to reach the letter grade of a C. Students needed 3-4 additional correct answers to be proficient. Most of these students were not high achieving nor low achieving nor behavior concerns. Yet most students struggled with chronic absenteeism and language barriers. If the school met EVAAS projections, the school would score a letter grade of an F, taking them back to a “Low Performing” status according to state standards–until a SPARK occurred…
